Orders and arrival
When will my order arrive?
In the US, your order arrives 7–14 business days after you place it. Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today. When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link.
Can it arrive by Christmas?
Yes, in the US, if you order by Friday, December 4. After that, a gift card still makes it: it's sent by email, to you or straight to them on the day you pick.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on orders of $45 or more, and $4.95 under that. Any tee plus any poster comes to more than $45.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we ship to US addresses only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@alamedavibes.com with your order number as soon as you can. Each order is printed just for you, so once it's printed it can't be changed.
Can I pick up my order in Alameda?
No. Every order is printed when you place it and shipped to you, even to an Alameda address.
Tees: fit and fabric
How do the tees fit?
Unisex, relaxed fit, in sizes S to 4XL. Between sizes? Size up for a looser fit. The size guide has the chest width and body length for every size.
What if the size is wrong?
Each tee is printed just for you, so we can't exchange sizes. Before you order, compare the size guide with a tee you own. Buying for someone else? A poster or a gift card has no size to guess.
What are the tees made of?
Soft, lightweight jersey. Solid colors are 100% cotton. Heather Dust is 52% cotton and 48% polyester.
How do I wash my tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron over the print, and don't dry clean.
Posters
What sizes are the posters?
18 × 24 in (46 × 61 cm) or 24 × 32 in (61 × 81 cm). 18 × 24 fits any standard poster frame. 24 × 32 is the big one.
Does a poster come framed?
Yes, if you choose a frame: every poster also comes framed, 18 × 24 in, in a matte black or oak-tone wood frame with an acrylic front and hanging hardware, ready to hang. Prints ship rolled, without a frame.
What's the paper like?
Thick enhanced matte paper, 189 g/m², with no gloss.
How does a poster ship?
Prints ship rolled, in a triangular kraft box. Framed posters ship in a box, ready to hang.
Gifts
Can you ship it straight to them?
Yes. At checkout, put their name and address in the shipping address. US packing slips show no prices, and there's no gift note inside, so tell them it's coming.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes: $25, $35, $55 or $100. A gift card is sent by email, to you or straight to them on the day you pick, with your note. It works on every poster and tee.
Not sure what to pick?

How do I use a gift card?
At checkout, tap Add discount and enter the code from the email in the Discount code box. Any balance left stays on the card, and it never expires.
If something's wrong
My order arrived misprinted or damaged.
We replace it free. Email a photo to hello@alamedavibes.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Each piece is printed just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for size, color or a change of mind. If it arrives misprinted or damaged, we replace it free. Refund policy
Where's my order?
Your shipping email has a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, then email hello@alamedavibes.com with your order number. Tracking stuck or missing? Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we send a new one free.
